Hyatt needed a promotion to increase customer loyalty while creating interests in their vast selection of properties worldwide. How better than an epic chase across the globe? The Chase was a vignette digital campaign that engaged Gold Passport members by following a mysterious woman around the world as she visited numerous Hyatt properties. Players were able to choose their own adventure as they followed her city to city, educating them on the many uses of Gold Passport points, and exciting them with the opportunity for prize packages.
